2021年度秋学期のSEKISUI HOUSE – KUMA LABレクチャーシリーズは「ポスト・デジタル」をテーマとしました。ポスト・デジタルとは、デジタルテクノロジーが遍在化し当たり前となった状況を指す用語です。そこでどのような建築の美学が現れるのか、ポスト・デジタルの時代に活動を開始した建築家、アーティスト、ファッションデザイナーの方々と議論を行いました。
シリーズ第1回目はUCL Bartlett B-proでリサーチユニットを率い、「Cli-Fi」（Climate Fiction）をテーマにゲームエンジンなどを使ってスペキュラティブなプロジェクトを展開するDéborah LopezさんとHadin Charbelさんのレクチャーを実施しました。

Déborah LopezさんとHadin Charbelさんについて
Deborah Lopez and Hadin Charbel are architects and founders of Pareid; an interdisciplinary design and research studio currently located in between London (United Kingdom) and Ponferrada (Spain). Their works adopt approaches from various fields and contexts, addressing topics related to climate, ecology, human perception, machine sentience, and their capacity for altering current modes of existence through imminent fictions (if).
They are both Lecturers (Teaching) at The Bartlett School of Architecture UCL in the B-Pro program where they run Research Cluster 1 in Architectural Design entitled “Monumental Wastelands” focusing on cli-migration and autonomous ecologies through climate fiction (Cli-Fi).
