STATEMENT

SEKISUI HOUSE – KUMA LAB is a new platform for the development of international human resources in the field of architecture. It will be equipped with digital fabrication facilities open to the campus and an archive of digitized valuable materials from the Department of Architecture. This environment will be used to offer a new design studio program led by the world’s leading architects, and to provide access to materials for researchers inside and outside the university. We hope that it will become a place where experts from various fields can gather to discuss the future of housing.
